Nurtured Sleep Support Package

Service Description

The Nurtured Sleep Support Package combines an in depth assessment and personalised Sleep Support Plan with over two weeks of ongoing one to one support. We will track your baby’s sleep, work through changes together, review how your baby responds and gently adjust the plan as we go. You will have ongoing access to reassurance, guidance, check ins and phone support throughout the process, so you are not left wondering what to change next. This package includes a comprehensive sleep and family intake questionnaire, three days of sleep tracking before your consultation, an in depth 60 to 90 minute phone or video consultation, a personalised Sleep Support Plan, 14 days of direct message support, personalised adjustments, follow up consultations and additional phone guidance where needed. The goal is to help you feel supported while changes are being put into practice, and more confident understanding what your baby may need as sleep continues to evolve.
