Refund Policy

At Sleepy Little Cub, I understand that family life can be unpredictable. This policy has been created to ensure fairness for both families and the time invested in preparing and delivering personalised sleep support services.

Consultations

Consultations may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact Sleepy Little Cub as soon as possible and every effort will be made to arrange an alternative time.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation are eligible for either:

  • Rescheduling to an alternative appointment time; or

  • A full refund.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation may not be eligible for a refund.

In exceptional circumstances, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Missed Appointments

If a client does not attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation fee may be forfeited.

Personalised Sleep Plans

Due to the time involved in reviewing intake information, assessing sleep history, researching individual circumstances and preparing personalised recommendations, sleep plans are non-refundable once preparation has commenced.

Support Packages

Where a support package includes consultations, written plans, email support or follow-up communication, refunds will not be available for services already provided.

If a client wishes to discontinue a package before all services have been delivered, any refund offered will be at the discretion of Sleepy Little Cub and will take into account work already completed.

Exceptional Circumstances

Sleepy Little Cub understands that unexpected situations can arise. Requests for refunds or rescheduling due to illness, family emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances will be considered compassionately and individually.
