Service Description

The Gentle Sleep Consultation Package is designed for families who would like a full personalised assessment of their baby’s sleep, clear recommendations and a Sleep Support Plan they feel comfortable putting into practice independently. We will take an in depth look at your baby’s sleep, feeding, development, temperament, settling and family circumstances to understand what may be contributing to the patterns you are seeing. You will receive a personalised Sleep Support Plan, relevant sleep education and guidance tailored to your baby and family. A 7 day follow up is included so we can review how things are going, answer any questions and make final adjustments where appropriate.Sleepy Little Cub understands that every baby is different, which is why support is tailored to your baby’s age, temperament, feeding needs, developmental stage, and your parenting preferences. Together, we’ll gently work toward more settled sleep while maintaining a calm, nurturing approach.
